Helping Amazon Sellers get their Amazon Accounts and Amazon Listings Reactivated

CJ Rosenbaum, Esq. As the leader of AmazonSellersLawyer.com I have unparalleled insight into obtaining Amazon Account and Amazon Listing reactivations.

Amazon Listing deactivations (ASIN suspension) is one of Amazon’s enforcement mechanisms. Listing Deactivations require a specific, evidence-based plan of action ("POA") for reinstatement.

I teach sellers how to write winning Amazon Plans of Action.

My experience has taught me that the process begins with an accurate root cause identification.  Then a well written Plan of Action.

I have taught tens of thousands of Amazon sellers how to help themselves.

  • Intellectual Property (IP) Complaints. How Amazon Sellers can successfully remove Trademark, Copyright and Patent complaints from their Amazon accounts.
  • Inauthentic Deactivations and how to review invoices before sending them to Amazon.
  • Content and Policy Violations: Technical analysis of misleading product data, prohibited content, and complex listing abuse that triggers an ASIN flag.

My experience is in diagnostics: I help Amazon Sellers identify the exact policy violation—the crucial first step—and empower Amazon Sellers with strategic knowledge needed to build a successful reinstatement plan of action.

Three Issues for Winning the Reactivation of a Deactivated Amazon Account or Amazon Listing. Every Amazon Appeal / Plan of Action Should Have these 3 Sections.

Root Cause

Identify the reason for the Amazon deactivation. Analyze your Seller Central notifications, product listings, and how you operated your Amazon Seller's account to determine why Amazon deactivated your account or listing.  Describe your belief in one or two sentences.

Immediate Corrective Actions

In this section of your Amazon appeal or Plan of Action, write what you did as soon as you found out about the deactivation.  Your immediate steps to remedy the issue.  Be concise.

Long Term and/or Systemic Changes to Your Business

In this section of your Amazon Appeal or Plan of Action, describe the changes you are making to how you operate your Amazon based business.  Some persuasive changes include better training of staff, use of software and the improvement of your systems.  This section should make Amazon's staff believe that Amazon will not have further issues with your account if Amazon reactivates your ability to sell.
